After adding a company in Augmentt, you need to add their employees. This can be done either through an integration with M365 or GWS, or it can be done manually. To manually add employees follow the steps below:

Add Individual Users

Navigate to Configuration>Employees
Select the customer account you wish to add the employee for
Click the "Add Employee" button
Fill in the employee's information
Click "Add Employee"

Add Multiple Users

Navigate to Configuration>Employees
Select the customer account you wish to add the employees for
Click "Import Employees"
Download the template from the pop up window
After filling in the .xls template file, upload it, and click "Submit"
