Offboard Schedule
Offboarding rarely happens the moment you are told about it. A departure is usually known days in advance, and the account must stay live until a specific date and time — the end of the notice period, the end of the last shift, or the moment HR confirms the exit.
The Offboard Schedule page is where those future offboards live. You set the offboard up once, with all its options, and Augmentt runs it at the time you chose.
Find it at Engage > Offboard Schedule.
Access. You need the Manage permission on Engage to create, edit or cancel a scheduled offboard. Read-only users can view the schedule.
Microsoft 365 only. Scheduled offboarding requires a Microsoft 365 integration. It is not available for Google Workspace tenants — for those, run the offboard interactively from Engage > User Management at the time it is needed.
