Discovered Apps and Master List

• The App Catalog will list all discovered applications for a specific tenant or All Companies.

• Use the toggle on the right end to see the Master List of apps and their preset classifications.

• You can search applications by name or URL.

• The applications are listed with:

  • Application Name

  • Category

  • Approval Status

  • Risk

  • Productivity

Total Web Traffic

• Any apps discovered that are not yet classified will be shown in the Total Web Traffic section below.

• You can search applications by name or URL.

• Use the + button (Add SaaS Application), so they're displayed in the Application Usage report.

• The applications will be listed with:

  • URL

  • Visit count

  • Last Visited date
